Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason — unless you expressly asked us to start immediately and acknowledged that doing so ends the right. We ask for that acknowledgement at checkout, and it is optional: decline it and your 14 days run in full.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.
How to withdraw
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not be charged any fees for that reimbursement. If you asked for the service to begin during the withdrawal period, you owe us a proportionate amount for what was supplied up to the point you withdrew.
When the right ends early
The right of withdrawal expires before the 14 days are up if you expressly consented to us beginning to supply the service immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. That consent is given at checkout, and only if you tick it.
